In-House Cheerleading (non tryout):
- 1st through 8th grade.
- 4 month program running August through November.
- Practices are held 2-3 times a week.
- Squads cheer for our Flames Football teams once a week.
- 1 competition held in late October/early November.
Flames Blaze: 6th-8th Graders (evaluation required)
- Competitive squad.
- The girls will learn cheers, proper formation of building groups, positive team building and a competition routine.
- The squad will practice twice a week (with additional practices added as needed to prepare for competition), cheer at one game per week and have two to three competitions as the season progresses.
- The squad will perform the Pom routine at one game per week during half time, arriving at 2nd quarter to the end of 3rd.
- Additional costs will occur as extra practices and competitions arise, however, the costs will remain low.
- Please note that all though the In-House program is flexible, practices, game and competition attendance is a requirement.
- Three absences can lead to removal from the squad with no refund.
Flames Poms: 3rd-4th Graders (non-tryout)
- The girls will learn positive team building and a competition routine.
- The squad will practice twice a week with additional practices added as needed to prepare for competition.
- The squad will perform the Pom routine at one game per week during half time, arriving at 2nd quarter to the end of 3rd.
- Potential of additional costs can occur as extra practices and competitions arise, however, the costs will remain low.

Lake Zurich Elite Allstars (tryout required):
- 2nd through 12th grade.
- 9-10 month program.
- Practices are held 3 times a week.
- 8 - 9 competitions a year.
- Yearly February Florida competition trip for senior squads.
